Track the Serena project config so every checkout and VM shares it.
Serena's own .serena/.gitignore keeps the cache and project.local.yml
untracked. ignored_paths skips .worktrees/** so the symbol index does
not pick up duplicate copies of the tree from in-repo worktrees.
